COVID-19

Stay the course, Area "F". Social distancing and isolation are having an impact and slowing the spread of COVID-19.  These next few weeks are critical to our future wellbeing.

STAY HOME

STAY SAFE

SAVE LIVES

IF YOU FEEL SICK

stay home.

If you have mild flu or respiratory symptoms and require medical care - call your family physician or walk-in clinic first.

By calling ahead you help to minimize the spread of the virus and receive instructions on what to do next.

IF your symptoms worsen or you need immediate help, call 911.

IF YOU FEEL WELL

avoid non-essential outings and be direct when you do go out.

Avoid all unnecessary contact with people at higher risk like older adults and those in poor health.

Keep a distance of at least 2 arms-length (approximately 2 metres) from others at all times.

Call your neighbours and check in.

STILL

UNSURE?

Assume as though you have COVID-19 and every move you makes puts someone else at risk.  Act accordingly.

If that doesn't resonate...

assume everyone else has COVID-19 and do everything you can not to catch it.  Act accordingly.

Either way, stay home.
