With a population of roughly 2,000 residents, Greater West Bench is a rural community located within Electoral Area “F” in the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS). With 43% of residents in Greater West Bench aged 55 and older, and anticipating this number will continue to increase, the RDOS has undertaken an age-friendly planning process for the community to ensure that Greater West Bench will be a neighbourhood where all demographic groups have the ability to age-in-place.
The RDOS is seeking your input on this document. Please take a few minutes to complete the feedback form provided on this web page and let us know if we missed anything that should be addressed before the plan is finalized. The survey will close on Monday, February 15th at 11:59 pm PST.
