A few residents mentioned the stressed trees in Selby Park. RDOS Parks management hired a lab to test the trees. There is nothing from a pathogen perspective so it is likely an environmental issue. The summer and spring of 2019 had better perception but the previous years had next to no perception. So, staff is monitoring and will adjust irrigation accordingly.

I have same problem with needles browning and looking like it's dying. Had an application done by Warren Lee every 4 years. He seems to know a lot about the pines and after application is done I always notice new growth and it puts a stop to further damage.
